About Wendy
I am an Associate Broker with Re/Max Town & Country. With a strong passion for real estate, I bring over 27 years of experience in the industry, including residential real estate, lease management and new home construction. Previously, I served as broker/owner of Majestic Mountain Getaways, Inc. and Majestic Mountain Properties.
My career is dedicated to supporting clients through every aspect of their real estate journey. I strive to provide knowledgeable guidance and expert advice so clients can make informed decisions regarding their investments. Recognizing the significance of purchasing or selling a home, I aim to ensure each client achieves the best possible outcome and return on investment (ROI) from their real estate transactions.
I specialize in assisting both buyers and sellers in reaching their real estate goals. Whether the transaction involves a permanent residence, a second home, or investment property, I approach each opportunity with a focus on maximizing value and aligning with my clients’ long-term objectives.
In addition to real estate sales and consulting, I established and managed a lease management company focused on vacation and long-term rentals for two decades. This venture enabled me to assist investors and property owners in maximizing their assets within the vibrant mountain and lakes region. In 2024, I sold the company to devote my full attention to real estate sales.
I am also the proud owner of Adwelling Home Services, a business committed to helping sellers prepare their properties for market, or get a home ready for an event, or enhance the presentation and enjoyment of a well-maintained home.
